wanting to make something different for pig roast?
my in-laws are havinga pig roast this month and i want to make something different everyone is bringing potato salad,cookies,baked beans. i need something different and yummy no desserts please! their will be about 150 people so i need recipes for large batches...thanks!!
Killer splicy pasta salad.
One batch serves about 20, so you'll have to do tha addition.
1 lb. penne pasta
one cup mayo
one bottle creamy italian dressing
one yellow squash
one zucchini
one can olives
one pint cherry tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
hot pepper sauce to taste
cut veggies in bite size peices
cook pasta till just done
mix wet ingredients in bowl and adjust seasonings to your taste
Add everything together and refrigerate.
I have made this for my wife's work many times and it is a big hit, especially on a hot day.
