If I drink 10 glasses of caffeine free green tea, is that equivalent to drinking my 8 glasses of water/day?
It is decaf Salada Green tea with red/blue/purple antioxidants - depends on my mood!
8 glasses of tea has 8 glasses of water in them,
But the tea also has oxylates which can cause kidney stones
