Will eating soup help me lose weight?
As in home made veg soup where the only added nasty is an oxo stock cube?
My average day is :
Breakfast - cereal & skimmed milk, coffee with skimmed milk
Lunch - healthy home made veg soup (potato&leek, carrot&coriander, mixed veg etc)
Dinner - jacket potato with low fat baked beans & low fat cheese, homemade healthy chilli & rice or home made healthy pasta & tomato dish
Snack - 2 clementines or an apple
Drink - 2 litres of water, decaf tea with skimmed milk in the evening
Is this ok?!

I walk 20-30 mins every evening x
That's a very healthy diet ! Adding some fiber in your food like oats will help keep you feeling full longer and also make digestion better.
